Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with BioLegend team members and key stakeholders to analyze requirements and manage project scope.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between technical, business, and vendor teams to facilitate effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing ERP implementations.
  • Extensive knowledge of ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management, specifically overseeing Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $122,000-$153,000/year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, paid time-off, parental benefits, 401k with company match, and employee stock purchase plan.
