Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Internal Medicine team at Community Care Physicians. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and record vaccines in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Document verbal conversations with patients and maintain accurate and legible patient records.
  • Process patient prescriptions and discuss test results with patients as directed by the provider.
  • Perform clinical office procedures, including PFTs, EKGs, nebulizers, medication administration, and immunizations.
  • Maintain timely patient flow and prepare patients for visits as required.
  • Obtain specimens from patients as directed by the provider and accurately enter orders into the lab system.
