Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Community Care Physicians in Rotterdam. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our medical staff in delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities:- Administer vaccines and medications as directed by the provider.
- Document patient information and conversations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain patient flow and prepare patients for visits as needed.
- Obtain specimens and process patient prescriptions.
- Discuss test results with patients and provide education on medical procedures.
- Valid NYS LPN license.
- Previous LPN experience in a medical practice or as a Medical Assistant/Patient Care Tech.
- Strong computer skills with experience using EMR.
- Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols.
- Competitive salary range: $31.00 per hour.
