Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Community Care Physicians in Rotterdam. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our medical staff in delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer vaccines and medications as directed by the provider.
  • Document patient information and conversations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain patient flow and prepare patients for visits as needed.
  • Obtain specimens and process patient prescriptions.
  • Discuss test results with patients and provide education on medical procedures.
Requirements:
  • Valid NYS LPN license.
  • Previous LPN experience in a medical practice or as a Medical Assistant/Patient Care Tech.
  • Strong computer skills with experience using EMR.
  • Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols.
