Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Schenectady Partners is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and treatment in a dialysis setting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and registered nurses.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • IV certification if required by state of practice.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior dialysis experience is preferred.
