Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Admission Discharge Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and efficient workflow management.

Responsibilities:
  • Correlate patient history and support systems to provide comprehensive care planning
  • Assess learning needs of patients and families, developing personalized plans of care
  • Develop and initiate treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams as needed
  • Evaluate and adjust care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a current Tennessee State RN licensure and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Previous experience in a fast-paced hospital setting is highly desirable.
