Whether you're working towards licensure or are a licensed professional, we offer free supervision hours to support your growth. Additionally, clinicians with an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW start at a higher rate than listed below.

**Salary:** $43,426 - $47,476 annually, depending on position, education, licensure, and experience.

As a therapist in our outpatient settings, you'll be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment of clients and families. You'll work with adults, children, and youth, serving various mental health programs, including Family Treatment, Integrated Services Team, Military Services, and more.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat clients and families
  • Develop treatment plans and provide evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

In our Substance Use Treatment program, you'll complete screenings, orientations, and intakes, providing individual, group, and family therapy formats. You'll introduce clients to recovery modalities, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and coordinate referrals as needed.
