About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our respiratory care department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for providing respiratory therapy and diagnostic testing to patients in accordance with physician-ordered treatment plans. You will also support quality improvement initiatives, perform general care assignments, and interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You should have an Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or a related field and be certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care. PALS and NRP certification are preferred but not required.
