Job Overview

Position Title: CT Scan Technologist
Employment Type: Per Diem
Compensation: $50.00 per hour

This role is designed for a per diem CT scan technologist. The department offers shifts of 8 hours, which may include various schedules such as 730a-4p, 4p-12a, or 12a-8a, available any day of the week. Additionally, on-call hours may be offered but are not mandatory.


Role Summary:
The CT Scan Technologist is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while employing advanced technical expertise in computed tomography imaging.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
  • Valid CT State license
  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Current BLS certification

Working Environment:
Essential duties include:

  • Proficient manual skills and coordination
  • Exposure to occupational hazards
  • Ability to exert significant physical effort, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Potential exposure to various environmental factors
