Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Scan Technologist to join our team at Nuvance Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients correctly for optimal imaging
  • Follow ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure
  • Monitor CTDI Volume to ensure appropriate dose
  • Review prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure smooth exam processes

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Minimum of 3 years of CT experience (GE Preferred)
  • Computer skills require ability to utilize PACS, RIS systems, and other required computer programs

Work Environment:

As needed on Monday - Saturday 8 hour shifts between 6:30am - 5:00pm
