Job Title: Senior Contracts Administrator

At Nationwide Technical Resources Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our contract management team, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts, monitoring compliance, and managing complex proposals for government and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
  • Monitor the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal or termination
  • Develop and implement best practices for contract management processes and procedures
  • Prepare reports on contracts' progress and performance for Senior Management
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and contract compliance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • CFCM certification or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration
  • Strong knowledge of government contract law, FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite and MRP systems
