About the Role

Wayfair is seeking an experienced Product Management Director to lead the development of our Service Technology team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for our Service Technology products.

As a Product Management Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and analytics, to drive the development of our products. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, developing product roadmaps, and working with stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for guiding and growing a team of product managers, and for developing and executing a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our Service Technology products
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of our products
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with the company's overall goals
  • Guide and grow a team of product managers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technology products
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple teams and supporting product managers through coaching, expectation setting, delegation, and direct intervention
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals
  • Experience working in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
