- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality control processes
- Prepare and submit quality reports to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, designers, and contractors
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality control
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' quality control experience in construction
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- OSHA 10/30 certification
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certification
