We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Community Manager to join our team at CRMG. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 478-unit community, Woodburn Place Apartments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of property employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and property maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
- Collect rents, prepare reports, and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve property performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Two (2) years of previous customer service experience.
- Two (2) years of previous property management experience.
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous supervisory experience.
- Previous experience with property management software, such as Entrata.
- Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
- Available for after-hours emergencies.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
