Payroll Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team in the Woodburn, OR area as a Payroll Manager. As part of a 3-person payroll team, you will process weekly union and multi-state payroll for up to 325 employees.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of directly related payroll experience, including some leadership abilities. Union and multi-state processing experience is a requirement. The successful candidate will be calm, confident, and friendly in nature, with the ability to work with a variety of employees successfully.
This role offers a rewarding experience with a team who truly cares about each other and doing quality work. The compensation package includes a base salary of $75,000-$90,000, profit sharing, 401k with a 3% automatic employer contribution, PTO, holidays, and a strong M/D/V package with affordable family/dependent premiums.
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for:
- Processing weekly union and non-union, multi-state payroll for up to 325 employees
- Supervising and working alongside 2 Payroll Specialists
- Managing union reporting and tax reporting
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives
