As a Customer Service Lead at Burlington, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient service at the front of lines. This includes directing cashier coverage and customer flow to meet the needs of our customers.

You will also assist the management team in communicating promotions and company updates to our customers. Additionally, you will monitor and validate returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids, and other transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
