Job Description

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading the quality function and ensuring that all quality-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively. This will include:

  1. Leading Quality Initiatives: Develop and implement quality initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that all quality-related activities are executed in compliance with industry standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and OSHA regulations.
  3. Supplier Management: Evaluate and manage the performance of external suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality standards.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an automotive environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
