POSITION OVERVIEW //

The Area Team Leader (ATL) will report directly to the Director of Restaurant Operations (DRO) and is expected to embody and inspire the culture, mission, and core values of MyHomeState. The ATL will mentor and develop restaurant managers to achieve success across various metrics, including operational excellence, guest satisfaction, financial management, recruitment, training, scheduling, and compliance with standard operating procedures.

The ATL will oversee the daily operations of assigned restaurants, focusing on manager development, succession planning, and ensuring all team members receive adequate support. A key expectation is for the ATL to maintain a visible presence in each restaurant, serving as a resource for general managers and team members alike. (Salary ranges from $90,000 - $100,000)

* Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (6 or more hours per shift, excluding breaks).

* Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot cooking areas to cold storage.
