- Managing client communications – Ensure clients receive the necessary guidance to navigate the home financing landscape, fostering trust and collaborating closely with our centralized closing team to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Advising on loan options – Assist clients in making informed decisions based on their unique circumstances; clearly communicate Morty's value propositions to potential customers.
- Generating leads and building your pipeline – Work at your own pace, utilizing various methods such as phone outreach, networking events, and in-person meetings.
Qualifications:
- Possession of an approved mortgage license in at least one state or actively pursuing licensure.
- Willingness to travel to develop a mortgage business portfolio.
