We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Analyst to join our team at Owens Corning. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our OEM business, analyzing financial data, and developing business insights to drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial support to our OEM business, including general ledger oversight, month-end tasks, and financial partnership with commercial, engineering, and corporate FP&A teams.
- Develop and drive process improvements across the finance department, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to understand and reconcile variances, and support monthly/quarterly results reporting for business leadership and external reporting.
- Review SOX controls on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance and responsible for sign-off on plant rep letters for multiple manufacturing sites.
- Support capital plan and execution in close partnership with operations teams, and perform trend analysis on key business KPIs to understand risk and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
- 3 years of professional finance experience, with intermediate experience in Excel and other Office applications.
- Understanding of GAAP and experience managing common reports such as P&L, variances, etc...
- Costing knowledge and multi-site reporting experience are preferred.
