About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Raleigh. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading commercial projects from start to completion, managing deadlines, coordinating with project team members, and ensuring client satisfaction.

About the Salary

The Assistant Project Manager will receive a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000, contingent on experience. Discretionary bonuses, vehicle allowance, cell phone, laptop, PTO, sick days, and 401K match are also offered.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with project management software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional approach and business mindset
  • Local candidates in Charlotte preferred, though relocators are encouraged to apply
