Cooper Tacia General Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget constraints, and timeline goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of major Commercial and Industrial construction projects valued at $25 million or more.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers, fostering professional growth and development.
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements:
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction management, or related.
- Minimum of 10 years in project management, specifically with projects valued at $25 million or more.
- Proficient in Microsoft Projects, Procore, Sage Construction 100, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:
$140,000 - $165,000 per year (Base Salary + Bonus Package)
