Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal, Compliance and Supplier Quality to join our team at Resilience Corp. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our suppliers and service providers, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust supplier qualification program to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and Resilience's quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that suppliers and service providers meet quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers and service providers to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality agreements with suppliers and service providers to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to suppliers and service providers to ensure they understand and comply with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any quality or regulatory issues identified during audits or assessments.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure that suppliers and service providers meet quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track supplier performance and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supplier quality management, with a strong background in cGMP regulations and quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality standards, including FDA, EU, and JP regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality and regulatory issues.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a life science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supplier quality management role, with a strong background in cGMP regulations and quality standards.
  • Experience in the biotechnology industry, with a strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality standards.
