Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Cost Management:** You will engage from the initial innovation stages to establish target costs for procured components and assess the value addition of Power Electronics products.
2. **Solution Development:** Your role involves crafting optimal solutions and analyzing process and product costs, independent of the manufacturing site and suppliers. You will provide actionable recommendations and present them to management, production, and procurement teams.
3. **Process Improvement:** You will be responsible for advancing processes and methodologies related to cost structure analysis, focusing on innovative manufacturing technologies and development trends. Identifying cost drivers, analyzing discrepancies, and implementing measures to meet objectives will be part of your duties.

Collaboration:
Active engagement and coordination with R&D teams will be essential to foster idea generation and develop effective strategies. You will also facilitate the transfer of successful solutions from other product lines.

Evaluation Support:
Your support will extend to assessing design alternatives, conducting functional cost analyses, and integrating benchmark results from competitor products early in the process. You will represent your findings to clients and during pricing discussions with suppliers.

Desired Profile:
We seek a responsible, cost-aware, persuasive, and assertive individual with a goal-oriented, proactive, and analytical approach. Experience in R&D, application, product development, or production of Power Electronics, along with collaboration with procurement and supply chain entities, is essential.

Language Proficiency:
Fluency in both English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, is required.

Educational Background:
A completed university degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
