About the Role

CROSSMARK is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Merchandiser. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing a variety of sales and merchandising initiatives at major retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with store management and associates to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reset and stock store sections according to the plan-o-gram to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized shopping environment.
  • Install and maintain point-of-purchase materials, signage, and displays to effectively promote products and drive sales.
  • Update software on consumer electronics displays to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Ensure all demo devices are functioning properly and maintain displays to ensure they are free of debris and products that don't belong in the set.
  • Replace signage and graphics as needed to maintain a professional and visually appealing store environment.
  • Report service visits, including uploading photos through mobile applications, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be comfortable using wireless technology and have access to a smart device.
  • Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs on a regular basis and 50lbs on occasion.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day.
