About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales, retaining existing members, and growing our overall book of business through our multiple product offerings.

You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain our 14+ million members. Your strong sales skills, combined with your ability to develop, track, and close leads, will be essential in achieving your sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and close insurance sales
  • Sell various types of personal lines of insurance, including auto, home, and life
  • Develop synergy with other AAA businesses to succeed as a team
  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure proper product and service delivery
  • Interact with policyholders to explain coverage, suggest additions or changes, and review portfolios in detail
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base annual salary of $42,000 (plus commission and bonus opportunities). You will also have access to excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) match, paid parental leave, and paid time off.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to pursue corporate leadership roles in the distribution channel or elsewhere in the organization, such as field sales leadership, learning and development, underwriting, claims, pricing and product development, and marketing.

Requirements
  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
  • Current Life Insurance Sales license
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, with rotating Saturdays from 10:00am-4:00pm
  • 1+ year(s) of sales or customer service experience
