Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team to run profitable restaurants and ensuring that our restaurants meet McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of General Managers to achieve restaurant goals
- Work with restaurant owners to set goals and create a plan to achieve them
- Help General Managers set their own goals and provide coaching and direction to improve their performance
- Hire and develop General, Department, and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
We are looking for candidates with previous Multi-unit and/or General Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick-service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
