- Oversee Medication Technicians and Caregivers, providing direction on daily shift assignments and ensuring resident care and service plans are followed.
- Make situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner.
- Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports.
- Active LVN or LPN license in the state where this community is located.
- CPR certification or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
