Our competitive compensation package includes regular W2 payments and a steady case load.
**Responsibilities**
As a mental health therapist, you will be responsible for performing intake assessments, providing therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children, and creating individualized treatment plans. You will also be expected to maintain accurate documentation of patient information and adhere to all facility and licensing standards.
**Qualifications**
We are seeking licensed or associate mental health therapists with a master's degree in counseling, social work, or a similar field. You must have current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy licensure and previous experience as a mental health therapist. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. We require a minimum of 15 client cases per week, with one block of 5 hours to treat clients in one of our office locations. Other hours may be conducted via telehealth. A hybrid position is required, with a focus on treating children aged 5-6 years old and couples. Immediate start is available, and we prefer therapists with experience treating individuals, couples, and children. We are a team-oriented organization that values collaboration and provides a highly organized administration team to support your practice.
