Job Title: Personal Banker II

Civista Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker II to join our team. As a Personal Banker II, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to expand our banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers daily to build relationships and provide personalized service.
  • Process transactions, assess customer needs, and recommend products and services to meet those needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to drive sales production and meet cross-sell goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies to maintain the safety and soundness of our customers and the bank.
  • Stay up-to-date on new procedures and systems to continuously improve our operations and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of previous teller experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Above-average knowledge of technology and willingness to adapt to new software technologies.
