Key Accountabilities:
  • Process transactions, assess customer needs, and recommend products to create a personalized banking experience.
  • Adhere to regulations and policies to ensure the safety and soundness of customers and the bank.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of products and services to fulfill customer needs and drive sales production.
  • Understand consumer lending and new accounts to build customer trust and manage relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with new procedures and systems to grow the organization and the team.
  • Maintain cash levels and outages within established guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.


Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of previous teller experience required.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruptions.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Above-average knowledge of technology and willingness to adapt to new software technologies.


Physical Requirements:
  • Work involves eye strain due to constant computer screen use.
  • Work involves being able to concentrate on tasks under distracting work conditions.
  • Work involves lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Work involves ability to read, hear, write, and communicate professionally.
