Job Title: Personal Banker II

Civista Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker II to join our team. As a Personal Banker II, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to expand our banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions, assess customer needs, and recommend products to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales production goals by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our banking relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of previous banking experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities to expand our banking relationships.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work involves sitting for extended periods, with frequent use of computer and phone.
  • Work involves being able to concentrate on the matter at hand, under sometimes distracting work conditions.
  • Work involves ability to read, hear, write, and communicate professionally both in person and via telephone.
