Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel to ensure the safe and efficient operation of vehicles and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle availability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other operational functions.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
