The PepsiCo Food North America Productivity Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency and innovation across the organization. This dynamic professional leads the development, execution, and evaluation of Productivity projects, applying sound engineering principles and project management expertise to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance throughput, yield, and sustainability without compromising quality, product design, or consumer acceptability.
  • Create detailed project plans and tactics to quantify and develop identified opportunities.
  • Analyze technical challenges using fundamental engineering principles and drive solutions.
  • Develop and execute experimental designs, leveraging statistical analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Foster collaboration and communication with Senior Leadership to share results, recommendations, and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in R&D, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think analytically and innovatively.
  • Experience in cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
  • Background in experimental design and analysis.

Compensation & Benefits:
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $66,300 - $111,000, depending on location, confirmed job-related skills, and experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, health, and dependent care reimbursement accounts, an employee assistance program, insurance, and a defined contribution retirement plan.
