This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java and Python-based applications. We are looking for a talented professional with a strong background in software development, who can contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Java and Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and deployment.
  • Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code that meets industry standards.
  • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and best practices.
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct thorough software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality results.
  • Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze, design, and build new features, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to maintain optimal performance.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation throughout the software development process.
  • Pursue continuous improvement by investigating alternative technologies and presenting recommendations for architectural review.
  • Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve collective objectives and drive business success.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Java Developer with Python programming skills.
  • Experience with Spring Framework and related technologies.
  • Proficient in SQL and database management.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java and Python.
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices.
  • Experience with version control and continuous integration tools.
  • Knowledge of software testing and debugging.


Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The salary range reflects the level of expertise and responsibilities associated with this role.
