Senior Manager, Clinical Outsourcing Specialist

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Clinical Outsourcing to join its Clinical Outsourcing Team in Princeton, NJ. The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Director, Clinical Outsourcing and be responsible for leading and managing the clinical trial outsourcing, vendor selection and contract negotiation, vendor management, and reporting process for Sun Pharmaceutical's clinical development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective clinical trial outsourcing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of clinical trials.
• Identify, evaluate, and select qualified vendors to provide clinical trial services, including contract research organizations (CROs), central laboratories, and other clinical study vendors.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors to ensure compliance with Sun Pharmaceutical's policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality services and timely delivery of clinical trial results.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement clinical trial budgets, manage vendor performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to the Sr. Director, Clinical Outsourcing and other stakeholders on vendor performance, contract status, and clinical trial progress.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical outsourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions.
• Experience with clinical trial budgeting, vendor performance management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH principles of clinical trial conduct, as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience with project management tools and software a plus.
