Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and tenants entering and exiting the facility. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Collect parking fees and provide correct change
* Understand and handle different types of parkers, including tenants, visitors, and employees
* Answer customer service questions and provide information about the facility and its surroundings
* Complete daily reports and assist with staffing the exit or entry booth during peak collection hours
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Strong customer service experience
* Cash handling experience required
* Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with management and supervisors
Physical Demands:
* Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
* Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds
* Ability to work in various weather conditions
FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt
