We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at WMC Advanced Physician Services PC. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in the operating room, providing essential support to our surgical team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients, operating rooms, and equipment for surgical procedures.
- Assist the surgical team with gowning, gloving, and preparing the sterile field.
- Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon during procedures.
- Measure and pass medications, hemostatic agents, and irrigation solutions.
- Maintain the highest standard of sterile technique during procedures.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist in the operating room.
- High school or GED required; Associate's Degree in Operating Technology preferred.
- Completion of a nationally accredited educational program for surgical technologists and possession of a certified surgical technologist credential.
