The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Assistant to join our team. As a Research Assistant, you'll play a critical role in the execution of all aspects of clinical trials, working closely with patients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless trial execution.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with clinical trial protocols, ICON Early Phase Services SOPs, FDA, ICH GCP, and utilizing proper source documentation techniques.
  • Participating in clinical trial meetings and training as warranted by the study protocols.
  • Maintaining current job-related competencies, certifications, and/or licensure.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in clinical research or a related field.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalency with medical assistant training/certification or other allied health certification.
  • Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, Paramedic, EMT, LVN, or RN experience, preferably with two years of experience.
