Job Title: Clinical Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our team at Alliance for Multispecialty Research, LLC. As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of study data, and maintaining a high level of patient rapport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist coordinators with administrative study activities, including data collection, data entry, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct phlebotomy, vital sign collection, and other clinical procedures as needed.
  • Manage patient records, including medical history, medication lists, and laboratory results.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other staff to investigate clinical problems and ensure the quality of patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of past medical office experience or equivalent previous work experience.
  • Phlebotomy skills preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
