About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment and facilities.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
  • Assist with inventory management and restock supplies as needed.
