Maintenance Planner

Job Summary

As a Maintenance Planner at Owens Corning, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing assets. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective maintenance plans, ensuring that all necessary components are identified and scheduled prior to downtime events. You will work closely with the Maintenance Leader and Senior Maintenance Technicians to prioritize job plans and coordinate equipment availability, optimizing workflow effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing work orders, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with external contractors to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure optimal asset performance
* Collaborate with Maintenance Leader and Senior Maintenance Technicians to prioritize job plans and coordinate equipment availability
* Manage work orders, track KPIs, and collaborate with external contractors to ensure successful project execution
* Provide on-call support and lead the planning and scheduling of workload for all plant downtime events
* Manage various capital projects, serving as either the project manager or technical expert as needed

Requirements

* 10 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience
* 1+ years of Maintenance Planner experience
* Proficient experience with SAP computer maintenance management system
* Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to follow through
