About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Salinas Speech-Language Pathology Team at Trumpet Behavioral Health. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in assessing children with developmental delays aged 0 to 3 years old in our Monterey County area and developing treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with TBH, you will administer assessments, document and interpret data to generate reports and create outcomes tailored to the child's specific needs. You will work collaboratively with regional centers, teachers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for families.

About You

We are looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with prior clinical and/or school-based experience providing speech therapy services to children aged 0-3 years. You should be passionate about working with young children and their families, and have a deep commitment to the mission and values of Trumpet Behavioral Health.

You will be responsible for conducting speech, language, and hearing diagnostics, developing goals and treatment plans, and analyzing and interpreting data to develop appropriate individual learning goals and recommendations. You should be able to meet our credentialing process and supply us with your CAQH number upon acceptance of the position.

About the Opportunity
