We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Trumpet Behavioral Health. As a member of our Early Intervention Assessment Team, you will play a critical role in assessing and developing treatment plans for children with developmental delays aged 0 to 3 years old.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's speech, language, and hearing abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address developmental delays
- Collaborate with regional centers, teachers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for families
- Analyze and interpret data from assessments to inform treatment decisions
- Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active LSP license
- Clinical and/or school-based experience providing SLP services to children aged 0-3 years
- Ability to travel between home visits and the clinic
- A collaborative and supportive work environment
