About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Salinas Speech-Language Pathology Team at Trumpet Behavioral Health. As a key member of our early intervention assessment team, you will work with children aged 0-3 years with developmental delays, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans to support their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Administer assessments and interpret data to generate reports and create tailored treatment plans
  • Collaborate with regional centers, teachers, social workers, and other professionals to meet the needs of families
  • Develop goals and treatment plans with or without supervisor assistance
  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing diagnostics
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active LSP license
  • Clinical and/or school-based experience providing SLP services to children aged 0-3 years
  • Ability to travel between home visits and the clinic
About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $120-130K.
