About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Gerontological Care Specialist to join our team at The Laurels of Huber Heights. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while advancing your career in long-term care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, prioritizing their safety and well-being
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of resident needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in gerontological care, applying this knowledge to improve resident outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- 2+ years' experience in long-term care settings or a related field
- Strong understanding of gerontological principles and practices
