Pastry Operations Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client and customer assistance in the assigned area through regular store visits.
  • Facilitate in-store bakery training within the designated market.
  • Compile reports and relay feedback to management as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and prioritization skills, along with strong communication abilities via phone and email.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in baking, including areas such as donuts, dry mix, frozen dough, proof and bake, and/or cake decorating.
  • Advanced cake decorating skills with the capability to create innovative and trendy cake designs.
  • Mastery in baking techniques with proficiency in working with various mixes and doughs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities; excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.

Additional Information:

This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities for direct reports, nor does it involve guidance for indirect reports. Travel is not a core function of this role.
