Position Overview
We are seeking an Intermediate IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for IT systems and devices. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations and user satisfaction within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the resolution of technical support tickets in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot and repair various IT devices to maintain optimal functionality.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users.
Essential Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Possess a DoD Secret Clearance.
- High School diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT support.
- Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ certification or higher.
- Proficient in IT Enterprise Operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating System, specifically version 10.
- Familiarity with ticket management software such as HP Service Manager or Remedy.
- Basic skills in network troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to lift and transport 50 lbs over distances and 25 lbs vertically using ladders.
- Able to work in confined spaces and noisy environments.
- Competent in using basic hand tools and possess normal color vision.
- Willingness to travel to various locations for project work and troubleshooting.

- Highly organized and detail-focused.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Compensation: $72,571.20
