About the Role

The Assets Protection Executive Intern role is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of Target's Assets Protection team. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced leaders to gain a deeper understanding of the business and develop the skills needed to succeed in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Assets Protection strategies and initiatives
  • Provide support to the Assets Protection team in the investigation and resolution of internal and external theft incidents
  • Collaborate with store leaders to identify and address shortage risks and develop proactive strategies to prevent theft
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in Assets Protection and leadership

Requirements
