The University of Texas at Austin is inviting applications to establish a candidate pool for potential temporary or non-tenured teaching positions in undergraduate Jewish Studies courses.
These positions are subject to availability based on student enrollment and funding. Appointments are typically arranged on a semester basis, with the possibility of annual contracts when necessary. Renewals of these positions are contingent upon both funding and performance evaluations.
QualificationsA Ph.D. in Jewish Studies or a closely related discipline is preferred, along with a demonstrated history of effective teaching. Relevant professional experience in Jewish Studies is also advantageous.
