  • Operate a manual transmission vehicle for transporting tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Skilled in general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Possession of personal tools necessary for job performance.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Experience in managing vehicle fleets and performing maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to be on call for emergencies and flexibility in assisting with client transportation.
